Greetings and welcome to the webpage for my strength and condition class for the spring of 2018. Here you will find resources, videos and links to help improve you technique with Olympic lifting, diet/nutrition, movement and sleep. The purpose of this class is to teach the basic movements for explosive movements/Olympic lifts to help athletes/general population become a better version of themselves. Further this class will help improve the speed of recovery from injuries and reduced those injuries as well.
